Long established Accounting practice with Vendor selling to retire. The focus has always been on business clients and their families in the far Northern suburbs, Hills district and Central Coast. The Vendor will not agree to the practice being relocated away from this area.

There is a good spread of clients from 30ies to 60ies. There are some older clients but intergenerational change is occurring in their businesses.

Current services are Tax Compliance and Superannuation but there is potential for Succession Planning and Management Accounting. Financial Planning has never been an offering.

Efficiencies could be gained by implementing better software and systems.
