Opportunity to acquire a parcel of Audits for Clubs/Associations, SMSFs , Trust Accounts and Body Corporates. None of the Audits have RCA requirements. 80% of the fees come from Clubs/Associations and SMSF Audits and these are all emailed to the Auditor.
The clients are all located in a Regional city in South East Qld within a few hours drive from Brisbane. The city also has an airport serviced by domestic airlines.
This has been a specialist Audit practice operated by a Sole Practitioner who now wishes to retire. The client base has grown year on year and there is potential to expand the services to other nearby locations.
